The Sr. Specialist of Digital Professional Education is responsible for the development and execution of digital education activities, promoting high quality education. Close professional relationship with the business to ensure quality control, develop and deliver the wider multi-professional educational offering and for supporting and developing faculties.

General Responsibilities

• Align with professional education digital strategy with global and meet local needs.
• Develop and execute digital education plan to speed up learning curve.
• Innovation in exploring and building multi-point learning through efficient and innovative interactive models, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of JJMC Professional education.
• Work with team to build multi-point digital learning offering and channel.
• Work closely with faculties, medical association and society. To provide a collaboration digital platform with faculties for engagement & development.

Requirements

1.      A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience is required.

2.      Digital and marketing experience is preferred.

3.      Interest & enthusiasm for improving delivery of training through new technology and Continuing Professional Development

4.      Effective communication skills. Motivating and developing others. Approachability. Good interpersonal skills

5.      Evidence of delivering well evaluated teaching sessions/tutorials.

6.      Agility & Innovation In action

7.      Ability to manage change

8.      Ability to meet the travel requirements
