tools to all internal Schneider worldwide R&D center with strong emphasis
on Business value delivery.

Schneider Digital/ Digital Engineering team is looking for a
Lab Information Systems (LIMS) Product Owner.

LIMS Product Owner’s focus is to ensure that our Laboratory
system solutions meet the needs of Schneider global laboratory operations and
internal stakeholders. LIMS Product Owner needs to understand both the
requirements of the business and the applications to facilitate communication
between development teams and business. He/she serves as a proxy responsible
for working with product management and other stakeholders.

The geographical scope is worldwide and position is based in
Shanghai. Travel can be up to 25% of the time.

The Product Owner is a member of the Agile team. He/She is
responsible to define stories and prioritizing the the team product backlog
based on the roadmap to streamline the execution of the project priorities.
He/She works closely with the scrum master,
platform team and support team to ensure that efficiency and stakeholder
satisfaction goals are met. LIMS Product Owner responsibilities also include
contribution to vision and roadmap

The Product Owner is expected to:

Preparation and refinement of team backlog based
on roadmap

·
Stories elaboration

·
Key decision maker for accepting stories when
they are done

·
Participate to decision making

·
Participate in demo and retrospectives

·
Define the strategy and roadmap taking into
account market trends and business needs understanding the voice of Business
stakeholders.

·
Ensure the delivery of stakeholders needs with
prioritized features achieving the business outcomes

·
Work with vendors to establish and maintain
relationships

·
Key decision maker for accepting or rejecting
needs, when to deliver, accelerate or pause the effort of development.

·
Develop and enhance relationships with key
stakeholders in the Schneider world. Act as a leader within the company being
the link between Schneider Digital and our business stakeholders.

·
Represent his/her domain of competencies but is
also remain aligned with his/her peers to provide a consistent and coherent
global Digital Engineering view.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3
   years of experience in managing product backlog in an agile environment


2. Minimum of 3
   years of experiences in labs, familiar with lab process and instrumentation.
   Exposure to electric R&D laboratory processes is a significant plus.


3. Technical and
   architecture design, understand the ecosystem of R&D.


4. Strong
   Leadership capabilities


5. Strong
   communication and collaboration skills.


6. Proven
   ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.


7. Experienced
   in Agile processes and methodologies. Scrum Product Owner certified is
   desired, not required


8. Fluent in
   English.


9. Excellent
   written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills.


10. Master’s
    degree preferred, major in engineering preferred, MBA is a plus.
