Description:

purpose of the job;

1. Make professional commissioning and testing in project execution stage to ensure the project execution  successfully;

2. Make system detail design in execution stage, and offer the optimized technical proposal in bidding stage if needed;

3.  Manage the small project T&C schedule ,cost , change order and so on.

Key responsibilities & Objectives

1. Make system detail design in execution stage, and offer optimized technical proposal in bid stage;

- Clarify technical specification with customer and supplier if need;

- Create optimized technical offer in bid stage if needed;

- Perfect the detail design according to the bid technical specification after the project hand over from sales.

-Analysis the customer requirement and provide the technical-commercial offer

2. Project technical execution

- Clarify final technical agreement

- Make detailed design and testing & commissioning the BA and Lighting control system independently.

- Work with different parties and cross function team

-will offer the service after project hand over.

3. Technical Quality Control

- Control technical quality to meet the technical requirements of contract

- Manage technical documents according to QMS

4. Improve competency and use SQL database skillfully.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above of Electric, Automation or Computer science.

-3-5 years working experience in building automation, design institute,
competitors, etc.

-Be familiar with BMS system , HVAC
knowledge is preferable.

-Team work spirit

-Good communication skill

-Technical and segment know-how (datacenter ,life science )

-Personal flexibility and high work mobility

-Language: mandarin & fluent English

- Computer: knowledge of SQL database, VB program language, standard
tools + AutoCAD (or visio)
