职位描述

Responsibility:

Domestics Transportation performance and spending management for downstream flows or International Transportation performance and spending management for the upstream flows from Overseas IG to China plants and china plants to overseas IG; downstream flow from overseas IG to import trade cluster

International

Implement new international freight forwarder switch or new program launch eg. D2C
Implement global logistics initiatives on AOE, eg. Control heavy weight express spending; ASR; Container fill rate
Maintain global WWRDB for all GSC China entities.
Monitor and control international freight forwarders performance and spending

Domestics

Daily shipments management - implement the central management methodology for Shipment dispatch, carrier assignment.
Responsible for metrics and cost control of freight for GSC China domestic business
Data collection and creation of supply chain cost baselines for the calculation of savings
On-going change management activity in relation to post implementation management of launched cost savings initiatives

Requirement:

Education:	Bachelor Degree is preferred ，in Transportation/Logistics/Business management
Job Related Experience:	> 3 years
Business Understanding:	Understand current China Logistics market and logistics best practice for typical industry and strong in engineering/analysis; with experience in Lean Logistics provider services
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):	Fluent Mandarin; English; Master MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, Power point), Visio SAP skills is preferred Good presentation and communication skills Good change management skills; Good project management skills Good interpersonal skill Good problem solving skill Good knowledge on international freight forwarding and domestics transportation Familiar with TMS (Transportation management system) and Event management thru track & Trace visibility
