职位描述
Offer Management & Optimization:
-Lead the Boards Of Change respecting budget and given priorities (incremental innovation, quality, QVE, obsolescence) based on return of investment, customer insights. Prioritize, animate & drive the multifunction BoC (Quality, Tech, Factories, ...) for project selection and execution within China HUB.
-Marketing specification for incremental innovations and potentially other type of evolution.
-Lead and organize product reviews on a regular basis
-Contribute, support and initiate QVE opportunities when relevant and not impacting the customer experience, unless validated
-Ensure compatibility & integration of the ranges inside different electrical/digital/mechanical systems & softwares
-Build and report budget status with main BoC stakeholders with main action progresses or business issues quarterly as per the LoB requirements and management system.
-Develop and maintain the necessary tools to promote our offers and customer values to the market (video, ppt, …)
-Build and update strategic vision roadmap regularly to influence the LoB strategy
Business & Country Support:
-Close collaboration with offer marketing team of China Operation, understand customer need and market trend in China.
-Close collaboration with Europe/International and US HUBs to bring the necessary support to countries in term of offer knowledge, development understanding, training.
-Build strong marketing files / business cases for Incremental Innovation projects with relevant inputs from the other HUBs and LOB
Diploma: Engineer
Minimum of 5 years experience in international company as Offer Management
Competencies:
o Language: English fluent
o Marketing knowledge
o Ability for mutli-tasking
o Problem solving and reactivity
Expected personal characteristics:
o Achieve results, structured & pro-active.
o Good marketing sense and very familiar with the methodologies of Marketing
o Business, Customer, Digital & curious mindset.
o Leadership. Self starter and willingness for transversal animation (BoC)
o Communication skills & cross-culturally ability
o Willingness & ability to interact with many people from different locations and cultures & foster collaboration across organizations.
