任职资格：

1、大专或以上学历，物流或电子工程等相关专业

2、3年以上手机设计公司或大型电子厂计划部经理或PMC经理工作经历；

3、熟悉手机制造企业生产工艺流程，熟悉PMC工作职能和工作流程；

4、熟悉SAP系统操作，熟悉关务处理流程，掌握计划管理以及物料管理技能；

岗位职责：

1、组织管理：制定部门制度、工作流程、预算、工作计划、考核指标，实施绩效管理与团队建设，参与岗位设置与人员配置，协调部门间协作关系，组织、参加各工作会议，以保证公司经营目标的实现；

2、计划管理：参与制定销售计划，组织编制生产计划、进料计划，确保销售计划、生产计划与进料计划的可操作性；

3、物料管控：监督各工厂的物料齐套工作，组织解决生产中的物料不良问题，监督指导呆料处理；

4、发货管理：组织监督各加工厂的出货计划，指导各加工厂编制生产作业计划；协调跟踪成品发货情况，处理发货异常情况；

5、新项目导入：监督、指导海关手册备案资料及生产工具的准备工作；

6、新项目试产：组织制定新项目试产计划和备料计划，并跟踪其实施情况；

7、项目清尾：监督、指导项目清尾进度，按照要求完成交付；

8、物流/关务管理：组织协调海关和物流公司，确保物料按时到达加工厂以及成品按时出关；

9、部门培训：制定、收集培训资料并对部门及相关人员进行岗位技能培训。
