The Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing market growth strategy and plans, including a 3 years strategic growth plan (STRAP), product differentiation and competition strategy. He/She will drive STRAP and growth initiatives execution to tangible results through cross functional teams (LoB, sales, operations, offer marketing) by identifying
opportunities, driving strategic growth initiatives, and set up monthly and quarterly tracking system.

He/She will work closely with business team (division sales and offer marketing) and global LOB team/China Central SBD team to understand market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape etc., leverage all resources to facilitate successful execution of GTM strategy.  He will need to identify trends, growth opportunities within each key segment/vertical/areas; build up growth programs and work with division/segment sales team to capture long term growth opportunities and covert short-term opportunities into order pipelines.

The successful candidate needs to have strong business sight/analysis, planning and execution skills, shall influence, engage and leverage & drive business, closely work with sales and supporting function, such as Marcom, sales operation, product marketing, pre-sales and delivery team, Technical and competence center etc to drive the execution of growth initiative and strategic programs.

This role shall co-own the orders target of identified/assigned growth programs with respective sales owners during the initial annually business cycles.
