Marketing & Communication event execution:

• Assistant to Marketing Execution: Generate demand for and accelerate pipeline with sales/channel/ecosystem through the tactical execution and end to end orchestration of high quality physical and virtual events that are consistent with the SAP Brand and the emerging SAP Experience.  Enhance awareness, engagement and advocacy with customers, prospects, and partners by producing high quality events aligned to sales and marketing strategy.  Manage agencies and enable sales / partner participation for effective event execution
• Assistant to Integrated Communication Execution – Support planning and execution of communications activities across multiple audiences.

• Assist in the integrated execution of communication programs (utilizing channels, creating and sharing content, and reaching out to audiences), gradually taking ownership of programs with less supervisory support over time
• Manage alignment, high impact, synergies and reuse existing content where appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and manage efficient communications channels
• Support with local MU CSR activities working with the Regional CSR lead
• Support with the logistics around communications activities around Executive Visit Coffee Corners, and local MU employee events.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Working in a multi-national company
• Experience in sales
• Experience in B2B marketing
• Experience in high tech marketing
• Project management (ad-hoc or small-scaled projects)
• Working in a team environment
