CSD Intern JD

Orange is a global Telecom company that focus to provide carrier service to customers around the world. Orange has 21,000 employees dedicated to enterprise businesses and covers 6500 locations around the world.

CSD China team is one of the technical support center of Orange and is supporting service that is landing in China, and also covers oversea service that China domestic customer extended.

CSD China team provides Mandarin and English support by 7*24 Hours to cover lots of Orange global service, such as Networking, Security, Voice, Clouding and Cell Center.

Qualification:

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Information Technology relevant Major or has Networking, Security, Clouding or CC knowledge is preferred
• Certificate with CCNA, CCNP is preferred
• 3 working days every week as minimum requirement and more days is preferred
• Good team spirit and dare to work with pressure, and willing to work under 7*24Hours is preferred
