-Customer account receivable statement preparation and reconciliation

-Follow up with customer on payment schedule and discrepancies

-Review with Sales directors on customer payment issues and action plan

-Coordinate with Customer Order Fulfillment on discrepancy invoices resolving progress

-Monthly AR highlight review with Local management team and function head

-Customer visit when there’s a need

-USD business invoices (missing invoice, credit note and repair invoice) download or hardcopies printing for customer.

-Supplier payment application and staff reimbursement verification and posting in SAP after manager’s approval

-Back up of Chinese VAT printing and other tax related work

-Any other tasks as and when assigned;Accounts Specialist
