Major areas and key responsibilities:

STORE OPENING:
- Assist marketing manager to put up the store opening event plan together
- Responsible for the design of J.Lindeberg store opening events
- Leads store opening events execution, vendor management and on-site support
- Ensure all communication material in place in time for every store opening
- Responsible for managing and monitoring event spending

RETAIL COMMUNICATION: JL brand building in retail environment
- Closely work with retail team to settle brand communication plan in department store (i.e: outdoor advertise, hanging banners)
- Owns responsible for department store communication: development, execution and performance of all POSM at retail environment

INSTORE COMMUNICATION:
- Assist marketing manager and work with visual team to establish retail visual and POSM merchandising guideline
- Assist marketing manager on in-store sales person training material development
- Assist marketing manager on in-store promotion design, responsible for all promotion communication material production and in-time delivery
- Responsible for all regular POSM production, and precisely in-time delivery (look book / catalog / bi-annual book / standee .etc)
- Co-ordinate with in-store VIP campaign execution

OTHERS:
- Putting in place, monitor and work closely with other related team to improve processed of all brand/retail communication materials/activities in retail environment.
- Routine market visit to collect retail/consumer feedbacks, and marketing intelligence.
