Main job responsibilities:

· Must be able to use Photoshop, Illustrator and Excel at a high level.
· Must be educated to degree level.
· Responsible for continuously success/ high growth of SELECTED collections
· Analyze development needs in targets according to budgets
· Responsible of manage team to design high level/ effective sales sampling of SELECTED main / express collections
· Constantly upgrade fabric quality, fitting and product to market demands
· Constantly source latest Trimmings/ Fabrics/ Treatments/ by Suppliers
· Ensure a collection of high level commercial fast-moving latest Trend
· Implement “ Express/ Flash” fast moving latest Trend drops.
· Close co-operation/ visits and training of existing suppliers in China, as well as training of Buying teams and Retail of categories in Beijing.
· Responsible for SELECTED collections, presentation, sales- material and visual merchandising guidelines in stores for the Chinese market, in cooperation with Display/ Merchandizing teams.
· Upgrade Fashion shows/ ensure strong outfits and styling for Sales meeting
· Cooperate with 50 local designers, buyers and technicians in Beijing
· Frequent inspiration trips in Asia .
· Possibility to advance to Senior Designer, if showing potentials within 2-3 years.
