-       Implement the SCL loyalty, mobile payment and B2C prepayment solution deployment and paylo program commercial launch in assigned JV/WOFE.

-       Train and coach frontline staff to use the digital solutions effectively. And able to deliver expected CVPs.

-       Support related marketing planning and campaign execution.

-       Able to set up the process and model of data analytics and execute them.  

-       Act as the SME for assigned area of responsibility.

-       Other work assigned by Digital & Loyalty Manager.  

-       JV/WOFE business complexity, global matrix organization for decision making and various stakeholders

-       Technology challenge given the business model and solution complexity
