任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，专业不限；

2、5年以上手机行业PMC经验或3年以上电子产品PMC管理经验；

3、熟悉手机制造企业生产工艺流程，掌握物料计划工作职能和工作流程；

4、了解生产计划制定方法，熟练ERP系统操作（SAP系统优先考虑）；

5、强烈的责任心，沟通协调能力强；

岗位职责：

1、需求数据掌控：了解各客户未来6个月FCST需求，输出物料需求计划；跟进未来13周的物料供需平衡；

2、进度监控：监控、协调未来1个月各专项物料的承认、备料、下单、进料状况，缺口输出、进度、状态；

3、库存控制：整体库存监控与预警、组织库存及呆滞分析、推动库存管控；

4、瓶颈资源协调：涉及到瓶颈的物料等资源分配时，协调相关人员进行裁决，输出瓶颈物料分配计划；

5、物料交付预警：涉及项目进度、物料的可见、预计的异常，经初步协调仍无法满足交期部分，预警并主导会议求助相关人员、升级处理；

6、项目清尾：根据客户需求，准确传递清尾数据信息，主导项目清尾物料补料计划跟进与结果。
