职位描述
Roles & Responsibility：
1、Design overall plan of member recruitment (incl. # of members) and operations.
2、Design member community marketing events calendar and UGC events plan, responsible for initiative ideas exported to marketing calendar.
3、Coordinate with the operation agency for member daily maintenance, responsible for the community activity rate.
4、Coordinate with the operation agency for marketing and UGC events operation, and review contents created by agency.
5、Collaborate with consumer insights generation and mini-program operation functions to achieve the co-mission of insight factory.
Talent Requirement：
1、Graduate with bachelors degree or above, majoring in marketing, media communication, management is a plus.
2、3-5 years’ work experience in community operations area.
3、Proficient knowledge in member recruitment and daily operations, UGC event operation, etc.
4、Clear understanding of the brand, market and target customers, and have innovative and open mind in content creation.
5、Strong interest in consumer interaction and communications.
6、Previous work experience in FMCG and e-commerce industry is a plus.
7、Full professional proficiency in English or Japanese.
