Job Description: 

• Initiate, execute and evaluate the annual brand plan to deliver business goals

• Work with creative and media agency to develop communication concepts and campaigns, to build brand awareness & preference with premium expertise image

• Identify market opportunities and growth engine base on the understanding of market trends, patient insights/needs and competitor movements

• Portfolio and SKU management: work with internal cross-functions (sales, HCC, Legal, RA, CS…) to make sure of routine field needs delivery

• Closely work with regional GFO team (Global MKT team) on brand campaign, portfolio development related projects

• A&P (expense) management and control to ensure 100% within budget and good return on investment

• Regular brand and ROI analysis based on monthly sales report, quarterly retail share data, brand tracking, competitors monitoring etc., make gap analysis and develop action plans

• Strong leadership to lead and motivate team members and cross-function influencers

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA degree preferred

• At least 3-5 years marketing experience in multinational company of Consumer driven business, Retail pharmaceutical related preferred (e.g. OTC) or relevant agency account role

• Experienced in brand management and product management in consumer products or retail sector products

• Excellent analytical skills and be sensitive to numbers

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English orally and written

• Demonstrated leadership ability in dynamic, fast growing business category

• Fast and keen learner that willing to try new things
