Novo Nordisk China R&D center is one of the biggest R&D centers set up by multinational pharmaceuticals companies in China. It is an integrated part of Novo Nordisk's R&D organization, focusing on the innovative research to develop novel drugs for the treatment of diabetes, hemophilia, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Currently, the R&D center has 140 employees including >40 PhDs, and will expand to 200 people in next 2-3 years.

Main task:
• Support AP accountant to coding invoice in ICE system and monthly payment affairs.
• Assist accountant to process fixed assets book keeping and reporting.
• Responsible for foreign currency payment related issues.
• Assist accountant to perform finance documents filing and binding.
• Prepare stamp duty calculation and filing
• Provide other help when needed

Major requirements
• Majored in Finance/Accountancy/Economics or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience as accountant or equivalent
• Experience in and knowledge of accounting payable
• Good track record in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Moderate level of spoken and written English is preferred
• Good command of PC skill, especially excellent in Excel

This is a contract position, the successful candidate must be able to work full time till March or April 2013. Although it is a temporary position, it provides excellent opportunity for you to gain Finance experience in a first-class pharmaceuticals R&D center, and experience in the culture and systems of a multinational company. Such experiences shall be useful to advance your career.
