任职资格:

1. 本科毕业及以上学历，机械、力学、汽车等相关专业； 

2. 熟悉手机整机跌落、软压、USB/耳机摇摆测试规范； 

3. 熟悉有限元技术，力学基础扎实，思路清晰，书面表达能力强； 

4. 熟练使用Hypermesh和Abaqus软件进行前后处理； 

5. 为人诚实，工作态度积极，可适应手机高强度工作节奏;

岗位职责：

1. 整机可靠性仿真分析：

      1.简化处理几何模型，确保整机无干涉； 

      2.划分有限元网格，建立有限元模型； 

      3.撰写仿真报告并提出修改意见。 

2 可靠性测试： 

     1.整理并及时更新测试规范，以保证测试顺利进行； 

      2.测试TO 阶段样机并对比CAE结果，以提高仿真精度； 

      3.回归分析PR后阶段问题点并分析问题产生原因。 

3 数据库管理： 

     1.建立手机常用数据库并维护更新，以适应技术进步； 

     2.维护更新仿真结果文件，以确保能随时参考； 

     3.建立手机标准元器件库，以确保模块化仿真工作。
