任职资格：

1.大专及以上，电子、通讯或机电类相关专业；

2.4 年物料质量管理经验，至少 2 年手机物料质量管理经验；

3.熟悉手机结构原理及加工过程，丰富的供应商管理及评估知识，了解 ISO9001 质量体系要求，熟悉 QC 七大手法、供应商 QSA/QPA稽核、SPC、8D 报告等；

4.能制定物料检验标准及来料检验流程，熟悉各种品质分析工具；

岗位职责：

1.项目设计前期，主导器件选择风险评估，控制早期器件选择风险；

2.项目试产阶段，跟进来料物料质量问题及试产物料质量问题，推动供应商改善；

3.主导未认证物料风险备料评估，主导未认证物料风险备料评估；

4.供应商质量水平提升：根据供应商质量表现、制定供应商质量提升计划，并监督完成，通过质量改善活动提升供应商质量水平；

5.检验标准和规范，与供应商沟通达成一致质量标准。组织制订物料检验规范以及物料检验控制程序文件，确认物料抽样水准；

6.供应商评估：组织参与新老供应商的评审和现场稽核，为供应商等级鉴定提供依据；

7.品质问题处理：组织处理进料检验中、生产中发现的来料品质问题，并跟踪供应商及时改善处理；

8.参与供应商质量例会准备；

9.质量目标管理：负责制定来料批合格率目标，组织对供应商进行质量目标考核，推动供应商不断改善品质状况；

10.不良物料索赔：审核不良物料索赔方案，最大限度地维护公司权益；

11.物料样品管理：监督物料样品的确认和归档，确保其妥善保管和使用方便；

12.质量协议签订：会同采购等相关人员与供应商进行质量协议的谈判、签订，维护公司利益；

13.来料检验：监督来料的质量检验和验证，组织审核检验报告。

半导体业务板块
