职位描述

Position Summery:

The Key Account Manager will act as the primary point-of-contact for client accounts and lead (a) day-to-day client management and (b) development, optimization & delivery of client projects.

Essential Duties:
1- Day-to-day client management: · Maintains the client relationship and oversees client satisfaction through out presentations· Takes care of Apollo reporting training for client· Builds relationship: establishes trust and credibility by (oral) communication & feedback towards clients, on an on-going basis· Builds presentations and show results to the client 2- Responsible for development, optimization & delivery of client projects: · Will meet with new clients to define client needs, goal, methodology & research scope· Manage the reporting needs of the client· Confidence to present a tailored presentation to clients by effectively using a range of presentation skills3- Proactively finds new ways to build the client′s business and grow accounts:· A thorough understanding of clients objectives including their ROI objectives· Proactively searches for wishes and satisfaction of client, proactively anticipates to needs of client, on a timely basis· Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.· See business through the eyes of the client 4- Cost control: · Monitors agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness· Knowledge of BARE CN’s cost out model 5- Internal communication: · Communicates effectively with Project Manager, Team Leader & Business Development Manager· Runs client contacts in close consultation with the BD & Operations department (communication on client satisfaction, issues & outcome)· Assist in strategy development.Qualification:· Strong Presentation and communication skills· Expert in the industry; Luxury or hospitality industry is preferred· Strong knowledge skills office applications/software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).· Open-minded,Result-Oriented,Strong interpersonal skills,Highly motivated· Problem solver: reacts quickly and appropriately to problems, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. Follows up in a timely manner.· Ability to use own initiative. Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual· Strong organisation and decision making skills· Good Oral and written English and Chinese
