岗位要求：

1、计算机相关专业，本科学历; 

2、具有良好的理解和语言表达能力，较强的业务分析能力，有较强文字表达能力；  

3、具备良好的心理素质以及团队合作精神，有较强的责任心； 

4、有大型信息化项目实施经验,MES项目实施经验者优先。

岗位职责：

1、MES系统的日常维护：产线网络搭建、软件安装、异常分析&处理、返工风险评估。（可以负责国内外加工厂的运维）；  

2、需求汇总：收集、整理用户的开发需求，并形成需求文档； 

3、功能测试：制订单元测试、集成测试方案，协助开发完成模拟测试，并形成测试文档；  

4、导入实施：制订实施计划，监督实施过程，验收实施效果。（可以负责国内外加工厂的实施）；  

5、培训：根据系统需要，提供相应的用户培训，指导用户的系统使用，提高用户的系统使用水平；  

6、自动化项目跟进：自动化项目导入评估、系统对接、问题点跟进。
