Role:
In charge of the daily operation of raw and package material in smooth to fulfill the requirement of company business.

Accountabilities
---RPM warehouse daily operation management
1.In charge of all activities of daily RPM warehouse operation arrangement, including RPM goods receipt, RPM goods issue to workshop, cycle count, annual count and etc., not only in implementation but also in system, to ensure the work quality as company KPI requirements.
2.Owner of RPM warehouse KPIs and conduct action plan on the issues to keep improvement.
3.RPM warehouse process design and optimization, including SOP draft and update, and daily implementation monitoring.
4.Act as the key coordinator from RPM warehouse to co-work with all related functions to support the business in plant.
---Spare Parts Warehouse Management.
1.In charge of all activities of daily spare parts warehouse operation arrangement, including goods receipt, goods issue, cycle count, annual count and etc.
2.Owner of spare parts warehouse KPIs and conduct daily operation as company requirement.
---RPM & Spare Parts warehouse staff management
1.Regular monitor the performance of RPM & Spare warehouse staff and continuous communication with staff.
2.Own RAM of RPM & Spare Parts warehouse staff.
3.Set target for RPM & Spare warehouse staff in aligned with RAM.
4.Performance review with RPM & Spare Parts warehouse staff. Set the action plan with RPM & Spare Parts warehouse staff and keep track.
5.Provide related training and tutoring to support all the RPM & Spare Parts warehouse staff in daily operation.
6.RPM & Spare Parts warehouse workload allocation and OT control.
---Compliance
1.EHS:
Ensure there is no LWCH case in RPM warehouse.
EHS owner of RPM warehouse and solve the EHS issue and risk in time.
2.QA:
QA Compliance with all material control flow control.
Ensure the pass of annual AIB test &QSHA.
Owner for RPM warehouse for AIB, QSHA, GMP and 5S. And solve the issue in time.
3.MIM Audit:
Ensure the MIM pass for RPM warehouse part.
Monthly test script preparation, RS&D (review, sign and date).
4.Daily warehouse-self inspection & action execution for EHS, QA, Audit and etc.
---Reporting
1.Prepare RPM warehouse daily and monthly report, including warehouse utilization report, PL01 stock report, monthly KPI report and etc.
---Others
1.All warehouse assets management, including fixed assets and others, like pallets.
2.Coordinator for warehouse system issues.
3.Cost & Budget tracking for RPM and Spare parts warehouse.

Key skills/ Critical experience
1.3 to 5 years related experience on warehouse operation experience with 1 to 2 years on staff management.
2.Goods communication and coordination skills.
3.Good English skill, both reading and written.
4.Frequent user of excel, word, access, SAP
5.Experience in FMCG is preferred.
6.College or above, warehouse related major is preferred.
