Responsibilities:
-Owner of a defined component and is responsible for maximising its coverage within KONE and for managing all changes to be made in it.
-Ensures the competitiveness, market coverage, high quality and disturbance-free operational processes of KONE products/component over the life time of product/component
-Manage all the changes within a specified category/technology.
-Create action proposals to improve the quality of the product/component
-Create action proposals to improve the cost of the product/component
-Analysing product feedback and reliability data to identify justified opportunities for improvement
-Collaborate with product marketing to carry regular analyses of offering vs. market need
-Create proposals to include high volume features in the standard offering and to remove low volume features in the standard offering
-Maintain all technical documentation within a defined component during the lifetime
-Modularity planning and implementation within a defined component group
-Technical support to quality and value stream, customer service within a defined component

Requirements:
Education Background:
Bachelor degree of mechanical or automation. Master degree is preferred
Experience:
Min 5~8 years of design work experience.
Evidence of several technology development projects e.g. component projects.
Excellent skills in defining product specifications and project plans.
Skills, Proficiency:
Pro-E 3D modelling and 2D drawing
Fluent in English speaking and good in writing
Good communication and coordination skills, especially international technical communications.
