主要职责描述： Assistant for Insight/Capex

-Assist marketing insight manager doing data track and analysis follow the marketing trend and generate insight

-Assist marketing excellence manager keeping smooth process of equipment investment, meanwhile enhance CVP

-Facilitate and organize internal campaigns and events within MKT department

主要职责描述： Assistant for SP&A/MR&D

-Support to track the whole process of marketing spending, ensure the compliance and effectiveness of overall spending align with planning

-Support to monitor and maintain the Marketing Rebate system, provide assistance for sales and marketers to ensure the process running well

-Assist marketing excellence manager optimizing the spending process by digitalization

-Assist marketing excellence manager doing data analysis to generate insight

-Facilitate and organize internal campaigns and events within MKT department

1. Bachelor degree; prefer some experience in marketing function.

2. Work independently; take initiatives; self starter; able to priorities ----- Mastery
