The role will provide operational financial team support to China and Wuhan R&D center (more than 1300 FTEs), especially for Dev Ops China team.  This group consists of the following functions:

? Dev Ops  China ;
? CDQ, GBDM, CDQ, Safety & WSR;

? Wuhan R&D Site

These groups have a complex and diverse global footprint that require a preliminary understanding finance of clinical trial support and international markets.

This support includes CRDC finance team daily operational works- such as tax, month-end-close support, system coding management, new employee orientation training, MOSAIC system budget data entry & management,  local government required documents application and other team operating work as well as play a role of team key contactor for tax officers, tax agents from R&D finance team. The successful candidate will need to realize how to strictly follow company stand process, align internal and external policy and procedures.

This role will report to head of CRDC finance, senior finance manager but requires the ability to liaise extensively with other finance colleagues in Great China- GFSS, tax, internal control, treasury team and also act as CRDC tax specialist; work closely with tax agent and local tax officers  for government. The candidates will need to be comfortable with a highly matrixed financial environment and the challenges of making and keeping connections with local team and have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare month end closing adjustment entry template , review trial balances by GL code and cost center, check the adjustment entry prepare by intern and send to GFS for posting in SAP, as well as IPF & Intercompany invoice management. All monthly external statutory reports and tax document application works local government required;
2. Year-end closing works including annual tax filling and coordinate with KPMG to complete KPMG PRC audit
3. Work closely with China tax , treasury team and tax agent to apply CRDC tax benefits and all licenses renew, as well as issue VAT invoices by quarter;

5. Conduct accounting coding in SAP ,Mosaic, Ariba and other systems in Pfizer as well as extract its reports; Forecast/budget data entry in Mosaic system;

7. Materials prepare and review, assist to enhance internal control; Orientation training for new hired employees in CRDC;

9. Other finance team daily operating and admin work supports including finance team PO request. 
   
   
   

Qualifications

Prior experience required: Fresh graduates or 1+ years of finance experience. Previous partner line support experience strongly recommended.

Training and education required: Colleague or Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitatively accounting field.

Optimistic and take a role of cross team works player, strong communication skill deep sense to and good in English.

 
With self-discipline and have deep sense to follow internal and external policy & procedure


High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong knowledge of system (SAP) and MOSAIC
