职位描述

For upstream flow management:

To deploy performance improvement projects, especially for key issue vendors.

To lead shortage taskforce to Red alert and contribute to back-to-normal.

To do internal audit on business departments’ process on regular basis to deploy I2P.

To introduce new methodology or tools to business departments.

Have strong competence on downstream demand management and vendor capacity and supply management.


For project management:

Identify new flow required for new parts from IG plants.

Coordinate with category procurement team to get quotation, complete master data and PPEP.

Ensure quality and on time delivery of procurement project deliverables.

Introduce innovation ideas from supplier side to new projects.

Lead all related IG plant procurement activities required to support new product component projects.





EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
  • Bachelor degree or above is preferred
  • Major in Logistics, international trading or economics is preferred
EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED:
  • 5~6 years working experience in Logistics/transportation/Planning.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED:
  • Strong communication skill, including good interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with global organization matrix and business mode
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and clear sense of responsibility & commitment.
  • SAP or other ERP system experience
  • Basic English in writing ,sufficient knowledge in MS office software
TRAVEL:
Not frequent but required as the team has needs.
