Responsibility:

1. Assist to develop recruiting plan and recruiting policy based on the company's target and strategy
2. In charge of Key Position recruitment
3. Analysis recruiting channel’s effectiveness 
4. Deep recruiting channel development and selection, including recruiting website, recruiting agencies etc. – cross management with HRBP 
5. Buildup talent resource pool, sourcing & approach candidate, candidate CRM Management
6. Responsible for resumes screening and interview arrangement (conducting interview and review candidates)
7. Cooperate with HRBP for the offer talk and on boarding issues
8. Generating recruiting analysis report
9. Closely communicate with HRBP and business departments to provide recruiting related suggestions

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor above degree and HR related major.
2. 5-8 years MNC working experience and HR Agency experience is a plus
3. Familiar with all kind of recruiting channel, good interview and communication skill
4. Has solid Team management experience
5. Good command of both oral and written English is a must
