任职资格：

1.大专以上学历，物流或电子信息等相关专业；

2.3年以上PMC、2年以上PMC工程师或1年以上PMC主管工作经验，电子或手机行业工作经验优先；

3.熟悉手机或相关电子产品制造生产工艺，精通PMC职能和业务流程，熟悉SAP操作及运用；

4.高效沟通和执行力；

工作职责：

1.组织管理：负责客户及项目,参与产能均衡规划，主导本业务模块的13周需求计划、月度计划、交付订单评审、主计划安排、交期回复、订单管理；

2.计划管理：参与制定交付计划，组织编制生产计划、进料计划，确保销售计划、生产计划与进料计划的可操作性；

3. 项目管理：A新项目：启动项目评审，按时间节点跟进项目进度，以达成客户需求交付时间为前提，督促相关部门按时完成长短周期物料的备料，以及协调跟进小批量，转量产，成品发货等；B, 翻单：与项目经理核对最新BOM和软件是否更新后, 启动长短周期备料与核对量产单是否更新；

4.项目清尾：监督、指导项目清尾进度，按照要求完成交付；

6.新项目导入：新项目导入及转产进度监控、协调；

7.沟通管理：订单执行过程中产生的各项物料异常、研发端问题，质量问题等需要主导跟进和协调，以促进交付的按时完成。
