职位描述
1、依工程BOM/样品及试产跟线主导完成最优版的Flow chart(工艺流程图)；
2、指导助工进行SOP的制作及审核，及时受控发行到产线.(重点)
3、新产品试产现场跟进，对影响效率的问题点进行总结，推动改善；
4、对生产中的现场管理、浪费、5S进行分析，并提出改善措施及协助支持.（重点）
5、注塑/涂装/组立等部门的标准工时制定发行，产线效率提升及线平衡优化.（重点）
6、工厂Layout规划及维护，规范人流和物流走向;
7、各类工艺验证及报告汇总，完成上级交代的其他事项;
8、根据预测订单量进行资源总体规划、人力预算;
岗位职责：
1、大专及以上学历，工业工程或理工类专业背景/1、一年以上IE岗位工作经历
2、能熟练使用CAD制图软件；以及Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件
3、.熟悉IE改善手法，了解精益生产中的工具方法运用；
