Summary -

To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of
specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

. Lead the planning and implementation of project.

. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.

. Define the project tasks and resource requirements.

. Develop full scale project plans.

Assemble and coordinate with other project staff.

. Manage project budget.

. Manage project resource allocation.

. Plan and schedule project timelines.

. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.

. Quality assurance.

. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all relevant colleagues.

. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.

. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

. Project evaluations and assessment of results.

Education and Experience -

. At list five years of Experience in the Automotive Industry - including a good knowledge of the automotive standards such as ISO/TS 16949, AIAGs, IATF.

. Engineer Diploma - with accreditation from the ASQ

. Write routine reports and correspondence and communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and the team members.

. Read and interpret documents such as APQP procedures and Arkal's manuals.

. Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.


Language Skills -
. Very good English: being able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
. Write routine reports and correspondence and communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and Arkal team members.
. Read and interpret documents such as procedures and manuals.

Reasoning Skills -
. Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
. Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills -

. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge of ERP System and
Microsoft Excel.

In addition - other Microsoft Office tools (ie. Internet Explorer, Word and Outlook). Issue reports and interpret them.
