工作职责:

MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

(Sr.) External Medical Affairs Project Manager is responsible for developing EMA project that focus on the core unmet needs of target HCP customer and provide value chain through innovative way to them for a consistent connection as well. The effect to deliver medical value is recognized as outstanding in the market.

(Sr.) EMA Project Manager managing the execution of multi-areas EMA projects in national wide aligning with EMA strategies and Pfizer China policies. The role may provide project management supports and instruction to EMA team members and to assure the quality of project implementation.

For those the duties include:

1. Propose value added project and optimized customer management strategy

With the strategy of EMA, evaluate the core unmet professional needs of target customers in the dynamical evolving healthcare environment, identify the possible pathway of core competencies improvement and propose relevant projects with optimized customer management strategy that cover online and offline modern for a meaningful connection with them.

2. Collaborate with internal and external partners for customer meaningful connection

Actively seek the chance to collaborate with adequate medical-healthcare association/ platform/university and so on for HCP customer engagement through utilizing innovative technique emerged, make strategy and roadmap of moving forward based on full insight of customers and dynamical evolving technics.

3. Project execution and management

Include working timeline, key milestone, budget phasing, resource scheduled and the communication plan with both the internal and external stakeholders. Evaluating the impact of EMA program on target external customer and Pfizer operational productivities.

4. Provide instructions and supports to EMA members for the excellent execution of EMA projects

Make sure the execution of EMC program taken by EMC team member in compliance with relevant Pfizer policies and the quality assurance.

5. Project budget control and management.

Make sure the cost of project implementation matchable to the budget.

6. External resources management

Keep tracking and well managing the cooperative external partners in long term view.

7. Provide value added opinions for annual External Medical Affairs Strategic Plan and project development.

REQUIRED SKILL SET

? Technical

Well project management skills, especially at people connection and interesting management.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Good knowledge on company/industry policies/disciplines

Ability to handle multiple projects and basic problem-solving capability

Good English reading/writing

Clinical pharmacist background is preferred.
