职位描述

一、工作内容:

  1. 确保仓库的日常运作符合SOP标准作业流程

  1. 负责计划定期培训现场操作员工执行现有仓库各项作业流程文件

  2. 根据业务的需求,编制新的作业指南文件,并沟通协调客户审批确认后安排负责员工培训及文件发放

二、确保仓库运作的安全

  1. 负责监督落实仓库每月消防管理设施的日程点检工作并定期抽查现场完成情况

  2. 负责监督仓库现场工作人员安全生产符合法律法规标准,并做好日常点检考评

  3. 定期为员工开会强调安全意识,特别强调工具类产品特种操作以及库内自动车辆的的安全使用方式

  4. 安排人员定期参加地区派出所举办安全公告会议,并配合安全生产管理部门对仓库的定期检查接待工作


三、确保仓库的合规以及符合质量标准要求并满足项目的考核指标

  1. 根据业务和项目的变化,规划仓库的现场区域划分及作业工作流程的设计,确保符合GSP的管理要求

  2. 配合项目所要求的来自外部的各项审计,确保满足符合检查标准规范

  3. 统计收集仓库现场每日收发操作数据,确保各项仓库日常操作符合项目KPI考核要求

  4. 定期安排仓库日常循环盘点,确保盘点结果符合项目考核KPI要求

  5. 定期现场巡检,发现问题,召集员工开会,总结现有流程并不断持续改善

四、招聘和培训新员工

  1. 负责管理仓库现场作业员工的日常考勤管理及离入职人员的面试安排工作

  2. 为入职员工办理入职饭卡充值,工作服工作鞋和更衣柜钥匙发放等后勤支持管理工作

  3. 安排新入职员工操作安排培训,产品分类,仓库结构,人员介绍及现场基本安全管理流程

五、每月定期制备工作报表和KPI数据汇总报告

1.按照项目的要求及内部管理的要求制备业务所需的KPI考核报告

2.每月定期参加客户所安排的月度操作KPI审阅会议,对上月业绩进行评估并持续不断改进


职位要求:

1.至少5年以上医疗器械仓库项目负责管理经验,骨科类项目优先考虑

2.大专以上学历水平,具备业务所需的商务英文书写和阅读能力

3.熟练运用办公管理软件并具备ERP操作管理经验
