Main Accountabilities:
1.Delivers the talent processes to implement Global and Region talent strategies in the Cluster/Country.

2.Educates the business on the Talent function, coaching and influencing line managers to usestandard processes, e.g. performance management, succession planning, talent review.

3.Uses Talent Identification Process (TIP) outcomes to identifyinternal ABB talent pools to ensure internal career and development opportunities are promoted.

4.Responsible for delivery of talent processes including support for the recruitment process following position approval.

5.Recommends continuous improvement to practices, processes, and policies to advance the Talent function.

6.Ensures compliance with local legislation and HR policies, and adherence to OHS and compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
Knowledge, skills, experience:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree.
• 8-10 years’ professional HR experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience with full life-cycle recruiting including job brief, developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, offer and close.
• Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media.
• Experience developing and leading talent management/development programs and experience in conducting assessments and providing feedback and/or previous HRBP role experience.
• Knowledge of internal and external business environment, organizational structure and good understanding of the business strategy and its implications for talent processes.
• Understanding of succession planning programs and methodologies.
• Knowledge of local legislation regarding recruitment and employment requirements.
• Knowledge of CRM tool and experience leveraging the tool to source candidates as well as manage relationships.
• Prior experience working across cultures and with multi-function stakeholders.
• Strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills.
• Experienced coach and developer of others.
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, and other local language as required.
