Role and Responsibilities:

1. Daily Process Operation - 65%

1.1 Process the cash/bank payments including invoice verification and related documents prepared
1.2 Perform the daily cash report and other related cash/bank operating report
1.3 Perform the monthly cash/bank reconciliation reports
1.4 Liaise with banks to handle relative issues
1.5 Checking and book keeping the daily cash/bank in the accounts in E-bank system
1.6 Audit support specific to cash and bank accounts
1.7 Safely keep Financial documents
1.8 Other duties as required

2. Cross Team Co-operation - 20%

2.1 Improve customer satisfaction rate.

2.2 Co-operation work with function team, controlling Team and other related business unit.

3. Performance Improvement - 10%

3.1 Achieving annual personal KPI.

3.2 Improve daily transaction process effectiveness and efficiency.

4. Other related finance and accounting activities or ad-hoc tasks assigned - 5%

Competence Requirement:

1. Education and qualification

1.1 Bachelor degree college in Accounting/Finance or related fields.

1.2 Fluent in both written and reading in English, minimum CET4.

1.3 Skillful in use of Microsoft Office (Excel).

Experience Requirement:

1. Familiar with major ERP systems is a plus

2. Trainee experience in Share Service Center is a plus
