岗位职责：

1.Work as a 360 degree recruiter to take in charge full-cycle hiring from JD posting ,candidate sourcing , interview arrangement , offer negotiation to on-boarding preparation.

2.Continuously monitor the general staffing progress against open requisitions to determine alternate recruitment avenues to support the business.

3.Conducts one-on-one interviews makes determination of capability and ability to succeed at Universal Beijing Resort. Uses sound judgment in identifying proper roles for candidates based on skill set, knowledge and ability.

4.Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements, develop individualized staffing action plans for each open position,taking into consideration identifying and clarifying hiring specifications and competencies in order to execute flawlessly according to the plan.

5.Perform other duties as assigned

任职要求：

1.4+ years working experience in recruitment industry, headhunting background would be a plus.

2.Bachelor Degree and above, fluent in English.

3.Adept at sourcing passive candidates, utilizing social networks, job boards and other means of identifying qualified candidates.

4.Strong business acumen, client support orientation, and influencing skills;

5.Demonstrated success in executing a full-cycle professional/ technical exempt-level recruiting function

6.Prior experience in related entertainment, hospitality or theme park industry

7.Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
