Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities：

1.Assistant to VP, digital on day to day tasks, including managing the schedule, travel, meeting etc；

2.Involved and support business development activities, including；

1）market event support,

2）document development (e.g. Powerpoint presentations) depending on the capability of the candidate

3.Support digital platform team and department manager；

4.Official administration, creating purchasing orders, organizing contracts & other daily administrative work；

Knowledge, Skills and Experience：

1.Bachelor degree；

2.Solid experience as assistant to senior executive/manager；

3.Excellent PC skill, proficient Microsoft Office 365；

4.Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English；

5.Strong sense of responsibility sense & professional attitude；

6.Responsible, result oriented, structured；

7.Capability and experience to compile/develop Powerpoint documents is a strong plus
