Title: Tax Analyst

Team: APJ & GC tax team

Location: Shanghai Wheelock Office

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for tax process of SAP China entities’ overseas payment, including contract registration, withholding taxes payment, tax payment certificates application, etc.
2. Documents preparation and submission to tax bureau (i.e. invoices, internal reports, application forms, tax resident certificates collection, etc.) for tax treaty benefit application on non-PE services payment to overseas related companies
3. Respond to inquiries on status of overseas payment and provide WHT certificates when requested
4. Support the e-tax filling of VAT/CIT/SD returns and other forms requested by tax bureau like key taxpayer information reporting form
5. Contact with tax bureau on daily tax filling and payment issues and coordinate with other functions (i.e. treasury, GPT, R2R) to settle tax payment and postings
6. Handle monthly input VAT invoices validation and achieve input VAT invoices
7. Application for China entities’ tax resident certificates when required
8. Support other tax projects within the APJ tax team if needed

Requirements:

1. Bachelor in Accounting/Tax/Finance
2. Working experience in tax function, especially tax filling and tax process of overseas payment is appreciated
3. Good command of oral and written English
4. Familiar with Excel, and experience in E-tax and SAP system is a plus
