职责描述
1. Establishing and building strong relationship with key Contacts (Distributors, partners and indirect customers).
与客户保持良好的关系
2. Ensure customers carry an appropriate portfolio of Colgate Sanxiao products.
取保客户合理的订单
3. Establishing strong discipline in sales fundamentals to win in-store following 5P principles
制定并执行客户计划以增加销量,利润,分销以及市场份额.
4. Developing and executing customer plans that increase sales volume, profit, distribution and market share by taking ownership in assigned territory.
同客户发展团队,物流团队合作以确保年内产品的及时上架
5. Work with Customer Development Team and Customer Service & Logistics to ensure seamless On-Shelf-Availability of products at store level.
同促销员合作，确保公司产品在终端门店的上架
6. Manage assigned territory and work together with store promoters to improve on On-Shelf-Availability in stores as well as incr.
按照规定的频率,在所负责区域内，进行门店/客户拜访
7. Providing effective coverage and visiting assigned stores/customers with required frequency.
同市场部合作确保促销活动在店内的执行
8. Work with Marketing department to ensure promotional activities are being executed at store level.
通过销售报告发现赢在店内的问题和机会

Requirement:

本科以上文凭
Not more than 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
