REQUIREMENTS：
Knowledge of demand and supply planning, including of S&OP process, demand forecast, MRP II, MPS;
Knowledge of inventory management theory and practice;
Knowledge of the company’s products and manufacturing processes;
Knowledge of plant material flows through warehousing, quality control and the plant;
Good English in both speaking and writing;
Good computer skill in PC and MRPII operation
Teamwork skills;
Positive communication skills;
Business writing skills
Interpersonal communication skills;
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES：
1. Monthly develop repacking plan according to: 1) The updated supply volume from Nij / China Plants; 2) In house crew capacity and repacking capability at 3rd party sub-contractor.
2. Proactively work with SC cross function teams to identify key capacity issues/ risks, then facilitate development of contingency plans.
3. Closely work with Import/Local planning team to ensure repacking plan could support market demand and no supply shortage due to repacking delay.
4. Packaging material ordering to ensure repacking could be conducted as plan.
5. Place repacking order to operation team/ 3rd party sub-contractor as per repacking plan. Keep tracking on the repacking performance, driving improvement on repacking efficiency.
6. Timely adjust short term repacking plan according to the latest output, supply priorities, crew arrangement etc.
7. Work with local planning team to balance overall in-house crew arrangement as per local production plan and import shipment schedule.
