·负责管辖区域各项招聘计划的制定与各类具体招聘活动的实施
·定期与用人部门沟通招聘需求计划,预测,需求及期望,建立及维护多样化招聘渠道,通过各类渠道及方式完成职位招聘需求
·管理并确保各类招聘活动及聘用流程符合当地法律法规及公司招聘程序
·负责管辖区域社保公积金事宜
职位要求：
·大专及以上学历
·三年以上人事相关工作经验，熟悉劳动法和当地人事政策及相关法律法规
·良好的英语读写能力及计算机MS操作水平
·快速的学习能力，良好的组织能力，良好的团队合作精神和服务意识
