职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.Translate and proofread legal documents in Chinese & English
2.Keep filing of key legal documents
3.Assist legal and compliance team for legal and compliance related matters
4.Monitor new legislative actions as well as other regulatory updates and prepare legal research and summary reports when necessary
5.Provide administrative and coordination support;
6.Other legal and compliance support per the request as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience
1.Bachelor degree in law preferred
2.1-3 years working experience in the area of legal / compliance, working experience with international law firms or multinational companies preferred
3.Good communication skills, adaptability to changing environment and uncertainty
4.Demonstrated initiative with integrity, teamwork orientation, and high intelligence level
5.Good English oral and written communication skills
6.Flexibility to manage several tasks at the same time according to business/ team structure needs
7.Passed PRC bar examination or qualified P.R.C. lawyer preferred
8.Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
