职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Purchasing market analysis and the analysis of the development of the Asian procurement markets in particular China for the GU-Group.
2.Sourcing, qualification and introduction of suitable suppliers for the GU Group. Development of new suppliers for the group.
3.Industrialization of individual parts, assemblies and complete systems and new parts, which will be defined by the director of logistics, together with the production of the necessary tools for same. Procurement of samples, first production parts, dimensional checking sheets up to serial production. The industrialization is complete when the first serial parts have been released and all necessary data and information is available in each facility of GU group.
4.Placement of the industrialized parts with the qualified and released suppliers from GU Baubeschlaege according to the instructions of the director of logistics.
5.The completion of price comparisons for decision making together with suggestion as to optimum solution.
6.Clarification and communication of all relevant pertaining details like logistic, packing terms etc. Communicator between GU Groups and the suppliers.
7.Following development these parts transfer to standard processing and only an occasional check of progress is necessary.
8.The focus of this position is the procurement of door hardware parts and finished goods.
Development and implementation of a long term functioning purchasing structure for the complete GU group in Asia. The procedure of same should be communicated and coordinated in accordance to the director of logistics.

Job Knowledge　
This position requires an independent, experienced, motivated and responsible engineer with a university qualification with several years experience in an international company with its activities in the metal industry.
 
1.Minimum 5 years experience of responsibility in the area of procurement of parts in metal / plastic according to drawings. .
2.Knowledge of SAP R3 is an advantage
3.Experience in the area of door hardware and lock production.
4.Knowledge in the area of coating in particular galvanizing and wet paint.
5.Age > 25 under < 45

自动门产品包括: 各种自动门机、旋转门、玻璃隔断等.
