-维护运营流程和规则，并根据相关信息提供合理的建议；
-维护运营流程和规则，并根据相关信息提供合理的建议；
-根据运营管理的需求制定培训计划并实施，跟进培训过程，及时发现问题并做出培训计划和内容的调整；
-检查指定项目的工作进度，监控运营效率，保持各业务衔接畅通；
-配合主管核查并反馈未达运营要求的情况；
-挖掘培训需求，优化培训方式，致力于完善培训环境，以提高培训效率
职位要求：
-本科及以上学历，2年相关工作经验，有企业内部培训经验优先；
-熟练使用office办公软件，PPT，Excel，PS等；
-有多媒体技术制作课件的经验，适应频繁的课件、教案、文档更新和维护；
-主动热情，有责任心，善于观察，有良好的沟通能力和表达能力；
-有较强的自我约束和学习能力，能够承担责任，适应出差；
-具备较强的组织协调能力，有成功的项目经验者优先；
-良好的创新能力和自驱力
