Service provider will be responsible for managing Indirect Purchasing relate services, roughly 250 POs per year, detailed services are as below:
-Ensure a transparent and compliant purchasing process in all legal entities and achieve the long term best price quality ratio for goods and services requested.
-Prepare and conduct price negotiations
-Generate cost reduction and increase negotiation result by bundling demands and avoiding Small Value Orders through set up of frame contracts.
-Maintain a commodity strategy and identify new suppliers and eliminating unsuitable suppliers. Identify possible risks. Evaluate the performance of existing suppliers and assess the potential of new suppliers.

-Setting up a sourcing preview together with Internal Requestors in order to enable capacity planning
-Constantly monitor supplier market for potential new suppliers
-Adapt to and implement new requirements set by BMW Group Headquarters.
-Standing in for buyers responsible for other commodities depending on individual capacity situation.
-Communicate and work across all legal entities in China, namely BBA, NSC, BCS and Financial Services especially coping with frequently changing process partners and structures.
任职要求：
·Bachelor or higher degree in engineering or business administration or comparable degree.
·3 -5 years working experience in Purchasing in multinational companies. At least 6 month work experience outside China.
·Ability to operate SAP purchasing systems and MS office tools.
·Fluent oral or writing English skills
·Good presentation and excellent communication skills.
·Highest level of moral integrity fully adhering to BMW Group compliance regulations.
·Target oriented and persistent.
Understanding of BMW corporate philosophy, image and identity.
