职位描述：
岗位职责:

? Conduct and execute LKCBBS annul JBP and full year target to achieve business growth
? Guide trading terms and manage negotiations performance with LKCBBS
? Ensure sales monthly and annual target achievements of LKCBBS and A&P control
? Manager, plan, develop and evaluate sales activities of LKCBBS group. Provide advice, counsel and direction to territory sales for efficient and effective execution
? Manage and communicate with regional field sales team to enhance the in store execution via daily communication and cooperation
? Analysis and interprets business data and apply that information to develop business plans via business review meeting with internal and external clients
? Provide feedback to trade marketing, marketing and professional affairs on impact of programs directed to build business and increase customer loyalty
? Support RGM to carry out the key initiatives, e.g. category management, operation follow up with accounts. As well as work closely and gain support from cross functional teams, e.g., trade marketing team, national KCBBS team.

? Have the experience of key account management, trade marketing, distributor management
? Analytical, numerical and commercially driven
? Team player with ability to effectively work and communicate cross functionally
? Ability to plan and invest limited resources to maximize results and ROI
? Strong administrative skills and attend to detail with focus on timely and accurate forecasting, reporting and budget management
? Creative thinker who can bring new ideas and approaches to solving problems and seizing opportunities
? Able to work independently
? Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly in excel and PowerPoint
? Bachelor Degree
? Minimum 4-6 years with key account management
