Tasks
· Handle customer ticket and hotline inquiries as level 1 support
· Understand business situation and HR policy, with good sense to capture customer need and provide standard solution.
· Clarify customer’s inquiries, and assign to relevant level 2 support for further support via HR ticketing system.
· Assist all HR modules in dealing with employee complaints and concerns, processes and policies, finding potential risks and provide optimized solution from tier 1 support view.
· Regularly maintain various services resources and platforms.
· Be clear about HR business trends and China labor regulations to release official communication to employee via service mailbox.
Requirements:
· College’s or Bachelor’s degree.
· Comprehensive knowledge of all HR work streams and expertise in part of the HR module.
· Good knowledge of national labor regulations.
· Strong communication, motivation and service consciousness.
· Excellent speaking & written in English.
