岗位职责:

Key Responsibilities / Core Responsibilities
? Business performance analysis and deep dive, flag out pre warning signal of certain downside risks. Lead LDJ KPI, checking and analysis.
? Conducts thorough and careful analysis of data, gathers critical information, and effectively prioritizes tasks and projects to deliver accurate, quality sales analysis.
? Convert data into information, support supervisor to provide business recommendations and value added business analysis support for the Sales Management Team and OPCOM on decision making.
? Utilizes computer software skills, especially with spreadsheets, presentations, data retrieval and analysis, mapping and database software.
? Improve team capabilities continuously.

任职资格:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
? Informatics or field sales background desired
? Working knowledge of customer requirements and Information Systems to extract information from the best available sources
? Understanding of data flow from conception, verification and dissemination/distribution to the field level
? Strong PC skills with particular expertise in spreadsheets, databases, presentation software and word processing functions and capabilities.
? Masters superior computer software technical skills, quality control techniques, and superior project management skills.
? Develops a working knowledge of various statistical modeling methodologies which will facilitate the appropriate use of data in solving problems or capitalizing on opportunities.
? Enhances business analysis skills and field data knowledge and its applications.

Education and Experience
? Informatics or field sales background desired
? Has worked with field data/sources and be able to determine reasonableness of data and trends while pinpointing probable causes of irregularities
? Strong communication skills in delivering persuasive presentations to sales and marketing management and influencing business decisions
? Use of sales force automation tools, proficiency with spreadsheets, database analysis and query tools
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis, marketing concepts and field data analysis in FMCG industry.
? 2 years in supervisor position
? Strong project management skills with ability to demonstrate flexibility in managing work processes, projects and assignments.
? Bachelor degree required
