岗位职责:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Production team: ensure packaging materials and raw materials or products fit with machines capability and provide packaging, raw materials or products guidelines, feedback on the packaging, raw materials or products problem solving.
2. Marketing team: provides advice and supports on new product in packaging innovation, raw materials or products to meet launch time.
3. QA team: supports on packaging, raw materials or products problem solving and involve in vendors auditing program.
4. Purchasing team: new packaging, raw materials supplier development and collaborate with purchasing for cost saving opportunity of current packaging, raw materials suppliers/vendors.
5. Regional PD team: communicates with regional PD to provide information of local packaging and raw materials and technical support.
6. Regional RA team: collaborates with RA on packing, raw material claims and amendment.

任职资格:

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Attainment Requirement University graduate or Master degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Food science, Packaging Engineering and Packaging Technology are preferred.
Professional background Experiences Desired
? Performed portions of phases within the packaging and material qualification and development process, encompassing search, early development, advance development, launch and commercialization.
? Familiar with preparing packing documentation, specification, regulatory requirements and protocol development.
? More than 8 years’ experiences in packaging and material developing and qualification, at least five years experiences in food industry, with 3 years production experience in IMF industry

? Two years’ experience on leading projects cooperated with Regional or Global teams in a Multi-national Company.
? Identified creative, innovative concepts and technologies.
? Prepared and presented packaging and material information to a broad audience.
? Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team environment;

Knowledge Desired
? Comprehensive knowledge for flexible and rigid material;
? Understanding of packaging testing and material or products systems (procedures, protocols, and testing equipment) with the knowledge to modify to specific needs.
? Understanding of packaging and process equipment, packaging materials, raw materials and component interaction.
? High passion in package development, material and products qualification and problem solving & following;
? Knowledge of package regulatory frameworks.
? Understanding of Supply Chain module: Plan, Source, Manufacture and Distribution processes/systems
? Good communication skill and project/time management;
? Good English skill both in writing and speaking;

Expected Areas of Competence ? Exposure and interaction with packaging professionals, R&D packaging, regional manufacturing process and other cross functional professionals.
? Exposure to Senior Packaging management, process management and Technical Service.
? Gain broader understanding of packaging materials, raw material and products components and processes.
? Take ownership of career development through proactive participation to internal trainings with continuous performance improvements.
