职位描述：

The Senior Energy Efficiency (EE) Consultant
will be responsible for managing EE consulting for the segment customer based
on Schneider Energy Performance Service concept and business model.

Successful candidate shall have the
engineering skills to identify energy and other efficiency gaps and propose
customer solutions to these gaps within the targeted segment.

Candidate shall have the demonstrated
capability of managing projects from concept to completion, meeting strict time
constraints, and managing expectations of internal and external customers.

Candidate will also mentor and develop other
EE consultants performing energy service projects.

Responsible for EE project long-term consulting service, include fulfill EE analysis,report and improvement advice according pre-sales EE proposal, customer satisfaction improvement and customer requirements creation.

Work independently to schedule and conduct on-site investigations of building / industry customers:Identify, overcome obstacles, and collect necessary data

Organize and analyze information, model systems performance, develop conceptual engineering design, provide budgetary cost analysis, and payback analysis

Prepare detailed documentation of recommendations

Present results and proposals to site management

Note: Engagements can include recurring post-audit service follow-ups to evaluate results, assess progress and recommend further improvements

Responsible for managing requirement of customer energy saving software interface for cloud based Energy Management System:

Customize energy structure and hierarchy

Clearly define the requirements of customer dashboards and deliver it.

Manage the customer satisfaction of EMS system

Organize and input EMS system requirement from consulting point of view. Identify existing products gaps, and fill with right customer approaching strategy to deliver best customer values

Supports marketing and sales initiatives as an EE segment expert.

Identify customer requirements and evaluate new digital product opportunities based on the experiences and skills
