职位描述
职位描述：
1、主导制定精益生产开展计划，并分解指标给相关职能部门，监督、检查各部门精益生产推行的进展；
2、通过VSM分析公司全流程运作过程中的浪费，提出改善方案并主导改进；
3、完善公司精益生产推行体系；
4、实施6S的培训任务，协助各部门做好目视化管理和标准化工作；平顺的生产计划、拉动式生产（看板）；
5、组织各部门开展精益生产方法与工具的培训和考核；
6、负责精益生产项目在公司的进度把控。定期会议制度及跟踪、改进建议；
7、负责工厂layout、物流动线和运输工具的优化，产线工位物料容器的改进；
8、指导设备工程开展TPM、主导SMED的推行；
9、负责缩短生产周期，降低各类库存的方案制定；
10、客户指导推行精益生产的相关事宜对接，推行进度实时和客户报告
10、改善提案活动的建立推行
任职要求：
1、全日制大专以上学历；
2、三年以上精益生产推行及管理经验，熟悉现场管理，具有监督、驱动改进工作的能力；
3、优秀的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，能够识别问题、开发并建议操作流程，运用技巧和解决问题
4.熟练使用autoCAD等软件，有一定的PPT报告制作能力
